Setup Your DocuSign automation process in just “ 15 minutes”

Follow these steps

1. Create & Upload Templates

  1. Launch 200 OK App & initiate template creation
  2. In the template setup, enter name, type, and provider.
    In the sample template document, the data for the “Name” and “Closed date” fields will dynamically retrieved from the opportunity record
  3.  Click on upload files to upload your template & click on NEXT to trigger an API Callout simultaneously

2.Generate The Document

  1. Go to the Opportunity field and click on the Generate Document button
  2. Choose the template from the custom template field 
  3. Click next to merge the selected template with the data and finish the process
  4. Now preview the content by clicking on the attached document 
  5. On the last page get your sign field with the merged opportunity name & date

3. Send For Auto-Sign

  1. Click the send or e-sign button to trigger the action
  2. Select the desired document from the dropdown
  3. Specify the document in the “Document Name” field
  4. Input the signer’s name and email
  5. Click next to finish
    Now the recipient can proceed with the E-sign process
