Follow these steps

1. Create Sage Customer

  1. Navigate to Salesforce
  2. Choose an account record, and review the contact information 
  3. By clicking on the “Create Sage Customer” the account & contact details will be created 
    (NOTE- In the process a Sage contact ID will be created)

2. Generate Invoice in Sage

  1. Verify your account by clicking on the newly created customer 
  2. Check you can access properly and view the date 
  3. Navigate to Salesforce opportunities for the same customer 
  4. Check if product is available, if not add a product 
  5. Click “Create Sage Invoice” to create an invoice in Sage

3. Verify the New Invoice

  1. Visit your Sage system 
  2. Refresh page & click on the invoice record 
  3. Now view your newly generated invoice data
